Ascendo Resources is proud to partner with a global financial services company in their search for a Trade Support Administrator! This is a hybrid role in Louisville, KY, with an annual salary of up to $65,000

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Strong account management experience and data entry skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous brokership experience a plus

Responsibilities:

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Input trade information accurately and promptly into internal systems and exchange platforms

  • Update and resend trade details when necessary

  • Maintain precise and organized deal ticket records for brokers

  • Track and manage office supply inventory to ensure availability

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

  • Monitor and respond to internal and external email inquiries

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to support the broker team

Client Service Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone inquiries related to trade confirmations, discrepancies, or client-requested changes

  • Communicate regularly with clients’ back-office teams via email for seamless trade processing

  • Set up and maintain client account records with up-to-date contact, address, and fee information

  • Facilitate client onboarding and offboarding, including adding or removing accounts from systems

  • Keep brokers informed of client updates, such as fee adjustments or account changes

  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally through phone and email communication

  • Strive to deliver exceptional client service by anticipating and meeting client needs effectively

Compliance & Professional Standards:

  • Follow all internal controls, operational risk protocols, and relevant regulatory requirements

  • Complete all mandatory training programs within specified deadlines

  • Uphold integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism in all day-to-day activities
